Delicious food and generous and attentive service! The mint water on the table was a nice touch, as was the music. Our dishes (Punjabi Chicken Curry, Chicken Curry, and Chicken Jal-Fraze) had just the right level of spiciness. The naan was hot, fresh, and paired excellently with our dishes (the garlic naan was especially yummy!). The mango lassi was a nice sweet treat (should have ordered two!). We look forward to our next visit when we're on that side of town!

Not bad! Good proportion. The service was great. The flavor could have been a bit stronger for me but overall it was really good. I would definitely come back here. Parking was a bit tough for me but im bad at finding parking in the city. I got the bengan Bertha, saag paneer. And chicken tikka masala (he told me they are know for this). I also got the vegetable samosa and some garlic naan and also rice. It was all good!

We stopped by India Clay Oven around 8:15 PM on a Thursday and found the place completely empty, which was a bit surprising. But within the next 30 minutes, it started to fill up with several more groups, making it feel much cozier. I appreciated that they stay open later than most of the other restaurants in the area, which was a big plus. Overall, I'd rate the experience a solid 4/5. The prices are very reasonable, and the hosts were attentive, checking in on us regularly. The food was good--not the best Indian food I've had, but definitely decent for the price. We ordered the lamb vindaloo, tikka masala, and biryani, all of which were flavorful and satisfying. The decor and vibe stood out to me as well, it adds to the charm of the place. Considering the late hours, attentive service, and solid food, I wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

I came here for a late lunch on Saturday. We were seated very quickly. The design of this restaurant is just so pretty with all the natural lighting it gets. My friend and I ordered a Tandoori Chicken, a Fish Vindaloo, rice, 2 orders of Garlic Naan, and 2 Mango Lassi. I want to start off by saying the Mango Lassi was amazing! It was so enriched with the mango flavor, that it paired perfectly well with the yogurt they use. It was a perfect sweet treat! The Tandoori Chicken came out sizzling hot with a bunch of grilled sweet onions that filled the room, and it was so tender, juicy, and flavor-packed. The Fish Vindaloo was great, but was very surprised they used salmon as the fish. The Garlic Naan was amazing as always! I loved my time here! I would recommend people to check this place out! It's a very nice ambient restaurant:)

This lovely, airy Indian restaurant was just the ticket to enjoy aromatically spiced food to warm the soul on a foggy night. We were greeted warmly and shown to a beautiful window table where we quickly got down to ordering- we were hungry. Kashmiri Lamb cooked in a clay oven in a creamy spinach sauce ($15.95); Chicken Makhni, Tandoori chicken in a lightly spicy creamy tomato sauce ($13.95) and all of the accompaniments and condiments that complete the meal (two kinds of delicious naan, basmati rice with peas, raita, cucumber salad, mango chutney, tamarind and mint sauces). My son was dipping into everything with enthusiasm so the owner, Nirmal, asked him if he wanted more Chicken Makhni. And as if you were having a delicious meal in his home, out came another full serving of the entree including the rice just for him, no charge. I was really touched, it was so unexpectedly homey and kind. I felt compelled to order another beer I barely touched and coconut ice cream for my son. Then Nirmal brought complimentary Gulab Jamum milk and rose water infused tiny donuts with cardamom (highly, highly recommend, ooh the cardamom). This restaurant is everything you'd hope for with warm service, delicious food, amazing hospitality. Come with a large party of friends and family or on a quiet date night, you'll feel equally welcome.
